New NextD Conversation: Organisational Change
A new conversation is up on the NextD site.
Bettina von Stamm talks with Gerry VanPatter speak about the challenges of organizational change, teaching design/innovation skills, lessons learned along the way and the Ying-Yang of our own design community transformation.
It’s rather lengthy, and probably well suited to a podcast, but it is interesting. I usually like the articles from NextD, but they have such an odd site. I never know what anything is, and their use of iframes makes it difficult to link to specific content. But they know design, right?
