I started up this blog quite a while ago. I sent out emails and other missives to people who might be interested in contributing stories about Alaska from the point-of-view of being an expatriate.
Nothing came of it.
I am in the process of cleaning up my account. I had some blogs set up for specific purposes; purposes whose time has since passed. In the process of this a-few-months-too-late Spring cleaning I have come to this blog.
What to do, what to do.
This site receives very few visitors, but some still come. Most from search engine traffic. Highest hits are, “Winter Poem,” “bad things about living in Alaska,” and “how to get paid for living in Alaska.” I like that last one. I definitely miss getting money for just living there. Anyway…
I definitely have a soft spot for the concept of this blog still. So I think I will try one more time to get some co-authors to write… maybe turn it into a book at some point. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll take the Floyd post over to my main site and close up shop. I’ll still keep the domain name, because it’s so cool. Unless someone wants to buy it for heaping great wodges of cash.
There’s an email link above if you would like to join in.
