		<description>I&#039;ve already bought my bulbs, so I&#039;ll leave your offer for the next guy.  In the meantime, I&#039;d like to encourage folks who purchase CFLs to visit OneBillionBulbs.com and add their purchases to the running total.  

The One Billion Bulbs project is in a similar vein to 18Seconds and is a worthy effort in its own right.</description>
