I think getting the concept across to all parties/stakeholder for why usability is important, is essential for web sites that want to be a success.</description>

There is one thing i like in particular about simple explanations: When it's so simple that everybody gets it, everybody wants to add something to it.

(The other situation is when the definition is so bad everyone wants to reformulate it... impossible to tell the two situations apart)</description>
